1. Full glow disc and glow wire dual-purpose automatic manipulator welding machine. The electronic control system can quickly realize automatic disc picking, disc changing, disc filling and glow joining. The whole process of disc changing only takes 10-15 seconds
2. Glow blade mode is suitable for a series of saw blades
such as aluminium profile sawing, multi-blade sawing, precision cutting board sawing and blockbuster sawing under 400 mm. 3. Wire mode is suitable for 100-400 mm electric tool saw blade. Wire welding speed is fast and only needs 47 seconds teeth.
4. The standard parts adopt well-known brands: Omron DMRON, Keynes KEYENCE, Schneider, Adeker Airtac, Taiwan Shangyin HWN and other components to ensure the high efficiency and stability of the machine.
5. Fully automatic teeth selection, feeding, dispensing, sheet shearing and folding one-time forming.
6. High chair dispensing valve to ensure the accuracy of each dispensing.
7. Automatic alignment system, advanced high frequency heating controller and infrared temperature measuring device ensure the strength and stability of glow joint.
